SHIPPING AND RETURNS
If you’re ordering a flight experience voucher from us, you will be required to fill out a medical form. You will be required to fill out a medical form which you will receive by email once the deposit has been made. The booking pack will not be sent until this form has been returned and has been approved. Sometimes we may require further information on certain conditions declared on the health form, this could delay the postage of the booking pack.
Please note that if you do not receive the email with the health form once you have paid, please check your spam/junk folder as sometimes our emails can go into these folders initially. Once this is complete and if you order before 4pm, your voucher will be processed and sent on the same day.

Returns / Refunds
If any exchange or refund of your voucher is required, please notify us by email within 14 days and return the item(s) to us. We do not accept responsibility for lost parcels or postage charges incurred when returning goods; therefore, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if we consider the goods have not been treated appropriately. We reserve the right to alter products, prices or conditions of supply without prior notice.
